pk335 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing, browsing, or using the pk335 platform at pk335.ws — whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk335.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the pk335 platform, register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any games or betting markets offered by pk335. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register an account on pk335, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account being active:

• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted to access gaming and betting services from your location.

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended pk335 account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only.

All transactions on pk335 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk335 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed at any stage. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer

You may request a withdrawal from your pk335 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your deposit must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed (this requirement prevents deposit-and-withdraw activity without any gameplay).

pk335 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. The following rules apply universally to all pk335 bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 20× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total wagers before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds are forfeited after this period.
• Bonus funds may not be used on all game types. Certain games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method.

All games available on pk335 — including slots, card games, Teen Patti tables, Aviator, and live dealer games — operate under published game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By joining any game on pk335, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant game rules.

pk335 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all computer-generated games, ensuring that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• If a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a game round, the round result recorded by the pk335 server is final. If a round cannot be completed due to a system error, the wager placed for that round will be returned to your pk335 wallet.

The pk335 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered account holders. Participation is automatic — no application or opt-in is required. The following terms govern the VIP Club:

• Loyalty Points (LP) are earned at a rate of 1 LP per Rs 100 wagered using real-balance funds. Wagers placed with active bonus funds earn LP at a reduced rate of 0.5 LP per Rs 100.
• LP accumulate over the lifetime of your pk335 account and do not expire.
• Tier progression is automatic and takes effect within 24 hours of crossing the relevant LP threshold.
• Tier downgrade does not occur due to inactivity. Once a tier is reached on pk335, it is held permanently.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagered minus total won) for each Monday-to-Sunday period and credited to wallets every Monday by 10:00 AM PKT.

pk335 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club or revoke tier status in cases of suspected account abuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, accrued LP and pending cashback may also be forfeited.

pk335 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform offers the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your pk335 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and have a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. pk335 will display warnings as you approach and reach the limit.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a short break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down, your account remains open but you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion from 3 months to permanent. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended, all marketing communications are stopped, and your account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk335 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one pk335 account under any circumstances
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification
• Using the pk335 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access or manipulate the pk335 platform through automated bots, scripts, or other unauthorised means
• Systematically exploiting bonus or promotional terms — commonly known as bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets on pk335
• Depositing funds from a payment source not registered in your own name (third-party deposits)
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back deposits that have been wagered on pk335

pk335 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access. While pk335 maintains technical infrastructure to minimise downtime, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond pk335's control.

To the maximum extent permitted, pk335's liability to any player is limited to the amount of that player's wallet balance at the time of the incident. pk335 is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect financial loss arising from gaming outcomes
• Technical issues caused by the player's device, internet connection, or third-party software
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by mobile wallet providers or banks
• Actions taken in response to a player's breach of these Terms and Conditions

You may request the closure of your pk335 account at any time by contacting support at support@pk335.ws. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-balance funds will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions being met. Active bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure by the player's own request.

pk335 may close or suspend your account at any time if:

• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions
• pk335 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage
• A request is received from a competent authority requiring account action
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the pk335 platform or other players

Where an account is closed by pk335 for breach of terms, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation finds no evidence of fraud or breach beyond the initial trigger, balances will be returned to the player's payment method within 14 working days.

pk335 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk335 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where the change is significant, notify registered players via platform notification or email.

Continued use of the pk335 platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using pk335 and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
